Having worked for 2 different driving schools, he's handled everything from helping students in person and online, to setting up systems for instructors, office staff, and students alike. He's done customer service, installed software, and experienced firsthand the daily challenges schools face. This isn't just theory—Nolan knows how driving schools actually run because he's been in the trenches.
